Mr. President of the Council that the purpose of the meeting is to distribute the amounts allocated by the board of the presidency and the amount of two billion dinars through the offices of the provinces on the role of the elderly, widows and orphans scattered in the provinces and according to the ratio of the population and in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs for the purchase of necessary supplies, goods and other needs for this role.
