اربيل25كانون الثاني/يناير(آكانيوز)- أشادت روسيا الأربعاء بالدور الذي يقوم به رئيس إقليم كردستان مسعود بارزاني في العراق. Erbil, January 25 (Rn) - Russia Wednesday hailed the role played by the President of the Kurdistan region in Iraq Masoud Barzani.
ونقل بيان أصدرته رئاسة الإقليم عن السفير الروسي لدى بغداد فاليريان شوفاييف بعد لقائه بارزاني في اربيل بمناسبة انتهاء مهام عمله إن بارزاني له دور في "تعزيز وتطوير العلاقات الثنائية بين إقليم كردستان وروسيا وإنجاح العملية السياسة في العراق وجمع الأطراف المختلفة". A statement issued by the presidency of the region for the Russian ambassador to Baghdad, Valerian Hovaiev after his meeting with Barzani in Arbil at the end of his mission that Barzani has a role in "promoting and developing the bilateral relations between the Kurdistan region, Russia and the success of the political process in Iraq and the collection of the various parties."
وتشهد البلاد أزمة سياسية فجرها القضاء العراقي بعد أيام من الانسحاب الأميركي حينما اصدر مذكرة اعتقال بحق نائب الرئيس طارق الهاشمي على خلفية اتهامات تتعلق بالضلوع في قيادة فرق إعدام والتعاون مع "الإرهاب". The country has a political crisis triggered by the Iraqi judiciary, days after a U.S. withdrawal when they issued an arrest warrant for Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi on charges related to leadership involvement in death squads and cooperation with "terrorism."
وبالتزامن مع أزمة الهاشمي تصاعد العنف في العراق الذي شهد جدالا أيضا بعد سعي المالكي إلى عزل نائبه صالح المطلك عن منصبه. In conjunction with the crisis of Hashemi escalating violence in Iraq, which also saw the controversy after he has sought to isolate his deputy, Saleh al-Mutlaq from office.
وعلق ائتلاف علاوي المشاركة في جلسات النواب قبل إصدار مذكرة توقيف الهاشمي وبعدها بأيام علق المشاركة في مجلس الوزراء. Commented Allawi's coalition to participate in hearings before the House of Representatives issued an arrest warrant al-Hashemi, a few days later commented to participate in the Council of Ministers.
وتقول العراقية إنها تتعرض إلى التهميش والإقصاء واتهمت المالكي بالتفرد في اتخاذ القرارات. Iraq says it is exposed to marginalization, exclusion and accused al-Maliki exclusivity in decision-making.
