The head of the Legal Committee Khalid Shwani that if the non-appearance of Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi to the judiciary will be judged in absentia by the evidence in the legal Almujdodh Public.
The Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi, had announced the day before yesterday for his willingness to appear in court in Baghdad in the case of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's government to resign.
Shwani said in a statement to the Euphrates News Agency {today} I "I can not speak on behalf of the judiciary because the judiciary is going through the evidence presented in this case and determine the punishment for Tho."
He explained that the "fugitive who does not give himself to eliminate the one of the measures resorted to by the judge according to the Law of Criminal Procedure to resort to save the movable and immovable property."
And issued the Iraqi judiciary in 19 of the last month, an arrest warrant for Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi, according to anti-terrorism law, while Hashemi expressed surprise at the speed of the investigation and issue a judicial decision in spite of the complexity of the case.
He called for "respect for the judiciary and non-interference in the affairs of the judiciary by politicians."
