The source continued that one of the reasons for the high amounts of the public budget is the accrued liability that must fulfill, and that an amount of five hundred and fifteen billion dinars for the value of the benefits of foreign loans and the Interior and the amount of five hundred and fifty billion dinars for the benefits of loans of employees of ministries and transfers to electricity projects. It should be noted that the official foreign debt owed by Iraq for several countries amounted to more than one hundred and twenty-three billion dollars.
