Iraq denies involvement in the strained relations with Turkey

He stressed, saying that "Iraq has no interest in strained relations with Turkey."
Erdogan has warned yesterday that Ankara will not remain silent in the case of Baghdad, by encouraging a sectarian conflict in Iraq.
He said in Parliament before the deputies of his party in Ankara that Maliki has to understand this: If you start a confrontation in Iraq under the form of sectarian conflict, it is set to remain silent.
He condemned Erdogan's statements Maliki, which he described as "remarks offensive and inappropriate" in reference to the condemnation of al-Maliki on the thirteenth of this month's "interventions Turkish" in the affairs of his country, warning of "the danger of sectarian conflict could lead to disaster, do not hand them Turkey itself."
