Erbil Jan. 28 (PNA) - accused member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary and Oil Minister Abdul Karim and coffee not to cooperate with the Commission to clarify many of the decisions of the ministry.
A member of the Committee, Uday Awad said "the oil ministry and in particular the minister, Abdul Karim and coffee was not cooperating with regulators of the Committee on Energy parliamentary and if the ministry has become more like the Kingdom of the Independent, and was with the Committee, which oversees direct supervision of the ministry had requested clarification of many of the decisions taken by the ministry, but did not get yet to answer and explanations of them. "
"The Committee has a number of questions raised on the contract concluded by the Ministry in the southern region, but in spite of the recommendations of the Committee does not even House Speaker Osama al addressed the Council of Ministers to postpone the signing of the contract for this region but the Oil Ministry has insisted that he would sign the contract and take Syakath. "
He stressed that the process of signing the contract is supposed to "stop because there are signs it, especially after the presence of information indicating that the oil companies changed the numbers prices in the bids received at work in the area after the open, and this is contrary to the laws of announcement of tenders and the assignment of contracts to companies wishing to invest in of oil. "
The oil imports about 95% of Iraq's budget, but so far nothing in the law regulating the affairs of the country after the failure of the House of Representatives Bdorth previous law passed in the oil and gas.
