Minister of State for Provincial Affairs Torhan Mufti said that "Iraqi Council of Ministers decided to form a ministerial committee to sit with the Council of State and out of a law or set of laws or decisions of parallel laws and resolutions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council and lead to revocation."
The Mufti's (Rn), that "the Commission will make decisions and laws parallel to the previous resolutions and laws, provided that Ahakha right and there will be no predominance of one party over another party."
The Ministry of Human Rights had proposed this month to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to abolish an array of decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council, after study and develop alternatives to them. The Cabinet had decided this week to cancel all resolutions issued by the "Committee for the North" on Kirkuk and restore all land to its rightful owners, in addition to the award of financial compensation rewarding.
