said the Ministry of State for Provincial Affairs, announced that eight of the 15 provinces of the province expressed its opinion on amendments to the law of the regions and governorates not organized into a Region No. 21 of 2008. The Minister of State for Provincial Affairs Turhan Mufti told the Kurdish news agency that "eight provinces (unspecified) of the 15 province expressed its opinion on the amendments introduced by the government on the law of the regions and governorates not organized province."
