BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Vice-President Khudhair al-Khuza'i declared today that Iraq is ready to provide the guarantees needed by the Swedish investment companies.
During his reception to the Swedish ambassador to Baghdad Carl Magnus, he welcomed the participation of the Swedish companies in the bigger projects in the country.
He called the Swedish government to cooperate in scientific and medical fields through training Iraqi cadres, building hospitals, and supporting Iraqi institutions with expertise and modern equipment.
On the other side, the Swedish ambassador confirmed the support of his government to Iraq on all levels, appreciating the role of Khuza'i in internal politics.
