Maliki, Talabani has agreed with the Council policy and return to his al-Mutlaq

Arbil - 1 February to February (PNA): told Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, President Jalal Talabani agreed on the formation of the National Council of Alstratejh policies and the return of the Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq to the office.
An informed source told all of Iraq [where] that "the President of the Republic received the evening, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in his office in Baghdad, was discussed the latest developments on the Iraqi arena and ways of resolving the current political crisis."
He added that "al-Maliki told Talabani during the meeting agreed to form a National Council for strategic policy, and the return of the Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq to office."
The Iraqi List, decided at a meeting last Sunday she returned to the meetings of the House of Representatives and an end to boycott him, and wait in the presence of Minister for the Cabinet meetings.
