Aboud Issawi calls to increase the main sources of revenue for the general budget

BAGHDAD / Nina / MP called for a coalition of state law Aboud Issawi to "increase the main sources of revenue for the state budget through the development of agriculture, industry, tourism and antiquities."
He said in a statement to the Agency for National Iraqi News / Nina / Today: "There are sectors of the disabled of the budget are not used in the general budget and this budget has been observed in recent years as it is to rely only on the source of the oil that causes a deficit in the budget."
He added: "The agricultural and industrial sectors in the country almost Madomin currently, because of lack of assignments for them, and this is what makes the Iraq importer and consumer of food and industrial instead be the source of it and benefit from their savings."
He explained: "The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities is the only ministry that has not allocated a budget in the budget / 2012 / Although the tourism sector and the effects is important, because of its Iraq from the shrines of religious visiting, millions and landmarks vanished and holdings steal without any deterrent."
He was scheduled to reach the budget / 120 / billion dollars, but the objections by the International Monetary Fund, led to reduced to / 100 / billion dollars.
He said government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said the total federal income amounted to / 102 / trillion dinars, and the result of calculation of revenue resulting from the export of crude oil at an average price / 85 / per barrel and export capacity of up to / 2.6 / million barrels per day, including quantity produced and exported from the territory of Kurdistan and the amount of / 175 / thousand barrels per day, and will enter the oil revenues, the Development Fund for Iraq after the deduction / 5 /% of compensation for Kuwait war.
He added that the investment budget amounted to / 37 / trillion dinars, and the operating budget / 80 / trillion dinars, distributed to the institutions, ministries and state bodies of all, and will be the distribution of public expenditures according to the ratio of the population after excluding the allocation status of the Federal Ministry and the sovereign expenditure. / End 8
