Ali Sindi during a press conference held in Erbil, that "The ministry has signed an agreement with the United Nations to implement three projects in the field of capacity development region with regard to end the second phase of the project to improve housing services in Erbil provided by the Government of the Territory," pointing out that "the cost of projects contained in the agreement of U.S. $ 4.5 million. "
