Ministry of Electricity signed with the South Korean company LSIS contract for the processing and the construction of 35 secondary transfer station.
The contract stipulates that the period of completion will be eighteen months, and these stations will cover the areas of Baghdad, at 15 stations distributed over the distribution of the directorates, chest, and Rusafa, Karkh and, twenty-station covering the northern region to contribute to the break bottlenecks.
He said the ministry spokesman Musab al-teacher that the contract includes the construction and equipping of 35 stations with a capacity of secondary mva 31 and a half in 2, with a capacity of 33/11 in order. In, of which 15 stations and twenty station GIS AIS.
He explained that the value of the contract is 91 million and 850 thousand dollars, and that the method of payment will be on credit for three years out of which ten percent in 2012, forty percent after the receipt of the first stations in 2013, and fifty percent of the stations after the completion of the final in 2014.
The contract was signed for the Iraqi side Al Khalil Ibrahim Mohammed Saleh, Director General of Electricity Distribution Rusafa, such as the Korean company CEO Mr Li, and attended the signing ceremony, Eng useful Abdalsadh Director General of the energy distribution. / End 2
