Legal Committee amended paragraph in the law of parties to prevent manipulation by future

Twilight News / announced the parliamentary legal committee, on Sunday, the parties submitted a bill to the House of Representatives for the purpose of reading a second reading this week, noting that it is linked to paragraph obtaining the license parties, the Electoral Commission after it was linked to the Ministry of Justice.
The House of Representatives has completed the first reading of the draft law amid claims of parties, most of the parliamentary blocs by amendments to the draft law submitted for first reading.
A member of the Legal Committee Hassoun Fatlawi in an interview with "Twilight News" that his committee is discussing a bill parties, and to consider the proposals submitted to it on the project for submission to the House and read a second reading.
The Legal Committee was held, in October of last year, a seminar on the draft law of parties attended by members of the House of Representatives and the political parties participating in the government and non-participation and civil society organizations and the media, and included a symposium ideas and proposals on the project.
Fatlawi added that "the Legal Committee amended one of the paragraphs of the draft law concerning the establishment of parties obtaining licenses, and this is linked to the Electoral Commission after it was linked to the Ministry of Justice."
The Fatlawi that "this amendment was necessary to isolate the establishment of parties obtaining licenses from the executive and linked to the independent institutions," noting that "this amendment still apprehensions in the working parties that will govern the country to change the law in the future."
It was supposed to have been the enactment of the parties since the last session, but the version that was provided by the government has not been approved by the political blocs and a great enemy restrictive of these parties.
The Iraq since the fall of the former regime in 2003, where there is no law regulating the work of the parties, and witnessed the same year after the establishment of a large number of parties.
