Twilight News / announced the Economic Committee in the House of Representatives, Thursday, for the House of Representatives decided to allocate its for tomorrow fully to discuss the budget, indicating that not to send the final accounts for previous years and from 2011 by the government was one of the main reasons of the delay in approving the budget.
A member of the Committee of Economy and Investment parliamentary Abdul Hussein Abtan for "Twilight News", "the President of the House of Representatives responded to the request of the Economic Commission to allocate a hearing on Monday to discuss the entire budget."
The Finance Committee of the House of Representatives took, earlier, the Ministry of Finance is responsible for delay in approving the budget for 2012, indicating that the errors that occurred in the Ministry of Finance in preparing the general budget for 2012 was a major cause of the delay in arriving at the Dome of the House of Representatives.
Abtan said that "the reason for the delay of approving the budget is sent late by the government to parliament, while the customary in most countries of the world governments, but delayed sending the budget for the ninth month of each year."
And that "not to send the final accounts for previous years, including 2011, which accounts amounting to 95 trillion dinars makes it difficult to approve this year's budget does not identify the aspects of exchange of the previous budget."

The annual report of Transparency International in 2011, which included three Arab countries among the ten countries "most corrupt" in the world, Somalia, Iraq and Sudan, while considered Qatar, UAE and Oman least corrupt among Arab countries.
