Suggested a member of the Foreign Relations Committee in the House of Representatives Safiya al-Suhail to the possibility of suspension of most of the members of the committee membership for what it called its marginalization by the Speaker of Parliament, as saying.
She said: "The Committee is being targeted through the limited representation of the parliamentary institution in the foreign visits of President of the Council and some of the heads of political blocs without the knowledge of the relevant committee in such activities."
She added: "The Committee met yesterday under the chairmanship of the Committee scheduled Adila Hammoud, and discussed this and approved more than half of the meeting to discuss the possibility of suspension of their membership of the Committee if the situation continues as it is."
She said Al-Suhail: "The committee is disturbed by the marginalization exercised by the President of the Council who travels outside the country representative of the Parliament of a sudden and without the knowledge of the Committee, which is not the first time that we see in it do not coordinate a letter or book of the Commission explains its reason for the visit and what they are and will be discussed."
It continued: "I told the President Nujaifi these things in the meeting which was attended on 13 this month and admitted before the committee, and this is installed in the record, with shortening of the Committee not to provide final reports on these visits."
Said: "The committee confirmed at this meeting on the importance of joint coordination, and that if they continued to deal with them in this way, it will take a clear position and explicit of these practices, because the committee faces challenges with her relationship with institutions like the Ministry of Foreign Affairs."
And accused al-Suhail, the Presidency of the parliament to "confiscation of the representation of the Foreign Relations Committee in many things and obstruction of its functions."
And went on: "After the confirmation of the need for coordination Najafi, surprised by the U.S. side that the Speaker had traveled to the United States without telling the Commission, and such behavior is unacceptable and offends the institutional work and confiscate the right of the Foreign Relations Committee in the exercise of their work."
And asked: "Is the president looking Nujaifi foreign issues during his visits in his name or on behalf of his party or on behalf of Parliament, if Parliament was the name he has to rotate through the Foreign Relations Committee, so
