State law: Mutlaq possesses no competence to be the Deputy Prime Minister

MP for the state of law Alfalh that there are many reasons for the dismissal of Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq, including matters relating to non-administrative ability and political leaders complain of it.
Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki made a request last year to the House of Representatives to withdraw confidence from the Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq after the description of the latter during an interview with al-Maliki "dictator."
Alfalh said in a statement with the agency {Euphrates} News on Thursday that "the subject of discussion, Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq is not forbidden because it is not the subject of a court as a matter of Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi, but to possess the ability to manage his image good."
The Supreme Judicial Council has issued a warrant against the Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi during his presence in the Kurdistan region after recognition by a number of his bodyguards of committing terrorist acts under the guidance of the non-Hashimi refused to comply with the memorandum calling for the transfer of his trial from Baghdad to Kurdistan.
He added that "al-Mutlaq is still insisting on his position and his statement on al-Maliki as he past the negative messages to be sent to the neighboring countries, the internal situation of the country." Noting that "in the case of al-Mutlaq to apologize to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki may interfere with mediation offices in his case with al-Maliki."
The Alfalh that "if his insistence on his position Vqdath remain in the hands of Maliki, a decided problem got inside the cabinet."
