"
He added that "obstruct the implementation of these projects are vital task is to serve as a foil to the work of the government and prevent the advancement of housing in Iraq, as this project has been launched since 2009 and has yet to see a contract with any company for its implementation, note that many international companies want to implement it ".
He pointed out that "the national investment justifications to delay the project not to provide land needed for its implementation are unconvincing justifications at all, especially since the Ministry of Finance had shown great cooperation with them in this area."
And on the draft Basmajh housing said Mayahi, "This project is also involved in many of the negative indicators, Prices set by the Authority from now for the housing units are prices too high, has justified the body so that the services associated with the project Basmajh with the costs of expensive, and hence this will add a burden falls on the shoulders of the citizen. "
He pointed out that "the costs of services are exaggerated, though the announcement of a paragraph of services to local companies or foreign would have been carried out the lowest price, note that the Commission has identified the amount of two billion dollars for the service project Basmajh which does not include a power station, no schools and Amschwiat, but only include roads, water systems and sewage" .
He continued that "it is unfortunate that the double standard with the companies, which will lose its credibility and lead to aversion companies wishing to work in Iraq." / End.
