Skinner: Talabani face formal invitations to kings and heads of Arab states to attend the summit of Baghdad

Dabbagh said Iraq does not want to limit the summit discussions on political issues, but also wants to be there to focus on economic issues because they have common interests concern the Arab peoples, calling for the unification of the political discourse on the issue of the fact that the summit be held in Baghdad, a national issue of concern to all Iraqis.
