Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said the federal government will not allow the establishment of federations at the moment because it would cause to tear Iraq apart, he said.
He said during a celebration of the Islamic Dawa Party Anniversary (55) of its establishment, which was held in the district Touirij, the birthplace of al-Maliki, said on Saturday that his government would not allow the establishment of federations at the moment because it will tear Iraq.
Maliki said that all the provinces claim Balvedragliat have border problems such as Nineveh, Salahuddin and Anbar, Muthanna, indicating that the Iraqis do not want to raise new problems because they are tired of the lack of services and wars.
