Financial representative to receive the late adoption of the budget rests with the provinces

Justified the delay in the parliamentary Finance Committee approving the budget for the current year because of some provinces to send requests to the Commission requesting an increase of financial allocations within the budget, noting that the Committee is considering this application and discussed at the present time. A member of the Committee Ahmad electrodes (Rn) that "there are provinces sent orders demanding an increase of financial allocations, because it believes that the financial allocations of the budget for 2012, very few and inadequate to carry out the rehabilitation of these provinces."
Electrodes, adding that "the budget is subject to a lot of study, to get out a coherent and consistent with the needs of the citizen". In turn, said committee member Sherif Soliman's (Rn) that "the non-arrival figures final until now the cause of the disruption of approving the budget," noting that "we feel that the budget a central rather than a federal, and the amounts allocated to the provinces must be according to the Constitution according to the density of population of each the province. " The Cabinet had approved during a regular session on the fifth of last month on the budget bill for 2012, amounting to 100 billion dollars (about 117 trillion dinars) a deficit of up to $ 13.5 billion (about 17 trillion dinars), prior to transmittal to the House of Representatives in order to ratify it.
