This invitation for bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in Development Business , issue on 12 October , 2004.
The Republic of Iraq Trust Fund administrated by the World Bank (hereinafter called “Grant”) toward the cost of Emergency Water Supply , Sanitation and Urban Reconstruction Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant to payments under the contract for Supply of Fifteen wheel loader backhoes plus relevant spare parts.
