KARBALA / Aswat al-Iraq: The Chairman of the Transport and Communications Commission in Karbala province announced that the suspension train project shall be up for bidding by international investments with an expected cost of 450 million dollars for its first stage.
Sami Abdul Redha al-Fatlawi told Aswat al-Iraq that the project was referred to the central investment commission for bidding.
The train's rail is expected to reach to 18 km, with a capacity of 10,000 passengers per day.
