Cairo - All Arab countries have agreed to attend an awaited-for Arab summit due to convene in Baghdad next month, Iraq's ambassador to the Arab League Qais Azzawi said on Tuesday.
The envoy told reporters in the Egyptian capital Cairo that Iraq had put in place all facilities necessary for a successful summit that all the league's members are unanimous on its agenda "in view of the current Arab situation." He pointed to Arab consensus on holding the meeting in Baghdad to help Iraq "to take its natural status and assume its role at the Arab and international levels."
