Agreed to ensure the needs of Korea's oil supplies and expand the presence of companies in Iraq

Signed Baghdad and Seoul yesterday signed a cooperation agreement diplomat and politician, in a move to open new horizons of relations between the two countries. The Iraqi delegation was received yesterday by Lee Jonk-bak President of the Republic of Korean the presidential palace, during which they discussed bilateral relations and the vision for the security of Iraq and the Gulf region and the developments of the Arab Spring revolutions in a number of countries. The delegation included the Iraqi Foreign Minister, Dr. Sami al-Araji, Chairman of the National Investment and Head of Asia, and Iraq's ambassador in Seoul and the Director of the Office of the Minister. Welcomed Korean President Bzibari, was also discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and expressed his buck his country's readiness to cooperate with Iraq in all fields. For his part, transport minister Foreign greetings of President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to Korean President then reviewed the latest developments in Iraq and the region and praised the role of Korea in its contribution to building the new Iraq after the change through their participation in the international coalition and reconstruction projects in Iraq, calling for Korean companies to actively participate in of Iraq.
