A number of members of parliament a draft law to solve the housing crisis in Iraq after several meetings with the relevant authorities and consultants in various disciplines has been reached to the establishment of an independent body of Real Estate Development is responsible for the establishment of residential complexes in all provinces.
The MP said the National Alliance, Ahmed Chalabi, at a conference held with a number of House of Representatives: "The draft of this law be funded from the general budget and the central bank, which will provide more than two hundred thousand units a year collectors of flats in the building vertical and horizontal as land available for each area."
He added: "This project provides at cost price to be paid 10% of the citizens of the unit price of residential construction during and after the installment is over thirty years without interest on the amount not exceeding one third of the monthly income of the family."
He pointed out "that the House will begin a law to ease the financial burden on citizens to help solve the intractable housing crisis
