BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: A brawl took place between the Kurdish and National Alliances in the Iraqi Parliament today following a discussion on Iraqi relations with Azerbaijan, according to informed sources.
The source told Aswat al-Iraq that hot words were exchanged between the two blocs during the discussion of Iraqi-Azerbaijan Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Agreement.
The Kurdish Alliance said that "this agreement does not serve Iraq," but the National Alliance opposed this opinion.
