Embarked on the Ministry of Construction and Housing to establish a residential complex in the district of Samarra in Salahuddin province, at a cost of / 57 / billion dinars.
The Minister of Construction and Housing Mohammed's Darraji in a statement reported by the media office of the ministry: "The project built on the land with an area of / 60 / acres and consists of a / 50 / residential building consisting of 4 / / Floors are designed according to the latest designs construction and the highest standards."
He explained: "The apartments are divided into two types, first type A consists of a / 30 / Architecture contains / 480 / apartment area of / 137 / m 2 per apartment, and the second type B consists of a / 20 / Architecture contains / 320 / apartment area of / 117 / m 2 per apartment. "
He added: "The complex also houses the kindergarten and a primary school with a capacity of / 18 / description of a middle school with a capacity of / 12 / description of a market and a health center and commercial office building and a mosque and two-guard and car parks, squares and spaces for rest and gardens." / End 2
