Belgian company - British plans to create a government compound in Wasit

Wasit, February 19 (Rn) - The second deputy governor of Wasit province Sunday that the Ministry of Construction and Housing has agreed to refer its members to create complex in Wasit province to a foreign company and identified to be done for 24 months.
Said Ammar Naji Issa, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the Ministry of Construction and Housing has agreed to forward the establishment of a residential complex for its members and staff of the Belgian company to preserve the British system according to the investment."
He pointed out that "the company has conducted field investigations for the project facing an a build vertical and with 240 housing units are distributed among a number of residential buildings and by six floors of Building One."
He added that "the company said it emphasized the use of foreign materials, manufacturing of all stages of construction in the compound in question with the use of insulating materials are used for the first time in Iraq, as the new complex will be a world-class art."
The second deputy to the governor that "the new complex facing an area of 19 dunums on the next to Sports City in Kut, south of the city center and will be allocated to employees of the Ministry of Construction and Housing in the province in addition to the staff of the Wasit province."
"The value of housing units will be paid by 25% during the construction phase for those wishing to obtain these units and 25% after the delivery of the housing unit as the employee paid the remaining $ 50% of the housing fund as a loan."
The Ministry of Construction and Housing is currently building three residential compounds in Wasit province, one in the city of Kut, comprising 504 and housing units and a complex second in the district of the neighborhood (40 km south of Kut) and includes 520 and housing units and the third was started during the last month in the district of Essaouira (135 km north of Kut) and a 620-unit housing.
