Baghdad:
Parliamentary Finance Committee announced preliminary agreement to establish a fund to support poor substitute for the demand of the Sadr movement to distribute part of the money to the Iraqi people in the general budget for the year 2012.
A member of the Committee Secretary Hadi's (people) "that it was agreed the first to include a provision to establish a budget to support the poor encase fund the network of social protection and care of women, cancer and other institutions that provide for the support of the poor."
And
He said "the establishment of a law requires the Fund and the mechanism of exchange of the amount of money is available through the ministries or governorates through."
