Najafi praises role of the UN in the development of the ability of the parliamentary House of Representatives

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates praised House Speaker Osama Najafi UN role in the development of the parliamentary and the ability to provide advice and counseling, and interest in the field of human rights.
A statement by the Office of Najafi received by the Euphrates {News} a copy of it today that "Najafi received the official in his office's regional director for the United Nations Program for Development Development Bagelr Peter was in the meeting in the development of research capabilities of the Iraqi parliament."
The statement quoted Najafi said that "the Iraqi parliament is seeking to consolidate the foundations of democratic action, and this needs your cooperation and your experiences."
He added: "We are now in the process of state building and the completion of various institutions and to correct the constitutional process, and Parliament has a key and influential role in all this."
For his part, Peter Bagelr according to the statement that "we are pleased to strengthen our partnership and our cooperation with Iraq, and that Parliament shall have an important role in this transition and we are ready to work for the promotion of democracy in Iraq and develop the work of Parliament."
He Bagelr, that "our work in Baghdad is to strengthen administrative purposes in the House of Representatives and to work with parliamentary committees, and they are now working to finalize a memorandum of cooperation between them and the House of Representatives to establish a framework for joint action and to prepare a comprehensive strategy for the Council."
