Talabani to the Emir of Kuwait: We want to consolidate brotherly relations between our two countries

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates said President Jalal Talabani, Iraq's desire to strengthen relations in various fields with the State of Kuwait.
He said a presidential statement today that "Talabani sent a telegram of congratulations to the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of National Day of his country."
Tell statement Talabani said in the telegram, "I am pleased to convey to your Highness and to the Government and people of the State of Kuwait on my own behalf and on behalf of the Iraqi people, our warmest and sincere congratulations, and purer blessings anniversary of National Day of Kuwait, called God Almighty to bless you and bless you good health and wellness, and to perpetuate the State of Kuwait and its people the blessings of security and prosperity and goodness. "
He added, "On this occasion we sincere desire to strengthen the fraternal relations between our two countries and push it all impurity, and developed in other areas of political, economic, cultural, social, and work to spread the climate of fraternal and closer fraternal ties between our two peoples for the good of the peoples of Kuwait and Iraq."
