The annual report issued by the Office of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals success of the Ministry's plan for 2011 has made it clear to the economic and investment commission of the Council of Ministers that accord due importance to the outstanding efforts of the Ministry of Industry in the promotion of industry in the country and support the industrial sector and the development of the companies affiliated to the Ministry in line with the reality of industrial in Iraq.
The report noted that the ministry has followed a studied approach, according to Cabinet decision included the further reform and restructuring of public companies owned by the state, according to the roadmap provided by the consultants in collaboration with the United Nations and the World Bank which included the first stage by one year during which the restructuring of the ministry and the preparation of business plans for each company and the preparation of files, a team of investment and support the restructuring and the results of this stage is to cover salaries for companies that rely on self-financing in whole or in part for the year 2011 and development plan approved for 2012.
Between the report of the Bureau of processors that must be followed to enable the companies affiliated to the Ministry of improving their performance and implementation of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (314) for the year 2010 was the need to budget for the preparation of Mentea companies and is the redistribution of redundant drawing at the ministry in order to reduce corporate debt and the necessity to enable public companies to work according to Law No. (22) for the year 1997 all Maitdmenh of the powers as well as facilitating the procedures of the contracts and the exclusion of the public companies of the Implementing Regulations of government contracts and to activate the performance of companies and development turned the ministry to coordinate with donors and funders for the purpose of drawing a plan to cover the salaries of the companies. ended / p
