The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has taken delivery of five helicopters to help control traffic, says Aswat al-Iraq.

The Kurdistan Region has seen a steady increase in the number of victims of road traffic accidents.
Two of the helicopters will be delivered to Erbil, two to Sulaimaniya, and one to Duhuk, said Rizgar Mohammad Ali, the KRG’s Traffic Police Director.
