Foreign Minister arrives in Kuwait to deliver the invitation to attend the next Arab Summit

Arrived yesterday evening, Tuesday, 2.28, and Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari to Kuwait, and was received by Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait and senior officials in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait.
During the meeting, they discussed relations between Iraq and Kuwait and Iraq's preparations to host the next Arab summit in Baghdad, as well as emphasis was placed on creating the climate to address all outstanding issues between Iraq and Kuwait, according to the basis of common interests and mutual respect and respect for international legitimacy resolutions.
They also discussed arrangements for the visit of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to Kuwait during the month of March next, and exchanged views on developments in the Arab situation, including the presidency of the State of Kuwait to the next Council of Foreign Ministers of Arab States.
And also discussed the latest developments in Syria and the regional situation and the security of Persian Gulf.
This will meet Foreign Minister His Highness the Emir of Kuwait to deliver the letter of invitation to the summit of his brother, His Excellency President Jalal Talabani.
