In a letter delivered by his Special Envoy .. Russian President calls for Maliki to visit Russia

Baghdad (news) .. submitted to Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki a letter from Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, carried to him his Special Envoy for the Middle East Mikhail Bogdanov.
A statement from the Prime Minister received the Agency (news) copy of it: The Prime Minister, during a meeting in his official office today welcomed the envoy of Russian President and the delegation accompanying the development of relations between the two countries, praising the desire of the Russian president to expand the prospects for bilateral cooperation at all levels.
Maliki called to activate and follow-up bilateral agreements, and to accelerate in a joint higher committee meeting between the two countries and to develop specific mechanisms to follow up the implementation, especially in the areas of electricity and oil.
The statement noted: that the Prime Minister received the official invitation from Russian President to visit Moscow, and the promise of meeting them as soon as possible.
For his part, the special envoy of Russian President Russia's readiness to develop relations of cooperation and coordination between the two sides in regional and international forums. / Finished
