Mutlag, Jeffery discuss importance of activating strategic cooperation agreement

Baghdad (NINA) – Deputy Prime Minister, Salih Al Mutlag, discussed with the American Ambassador to Iraq, James Jeffery, and the delegation accompanying him the political crisis and means to solve it in legal and constitutional framework.
A statement issued by Mutlag’s office mentioned “both sides discussed during the meeting bilateral relations and the importance of activating the strategic cooperation agreement signed between the two governments. They also tackled the importance of getting Iraq out of chapter VII and retrieving Iraq’s rights as well as the preparations for the Arab Summit to be held in Baghdad.” /End/
