A member of the Integrity Commission Parliamentary Jawad Alshahyla that "beyond the stage of the administrative investigation of the ministries was a necessary and very productive."
He said in a statement to all of Iraq [where] on Friday that "the integrity of parliamentary committee recently held a meeting with an important Integrity Commission and the Supreme Judicial Council was to agree on a number of issues most important to cancel the investigation in the administrative ministries."
He Alshahyla that "the abolition of the administrative investigation of the Federal Court will make decisions based on the Integrity Commission and the recommendations issued by the Integrity Commission is final and conclusive and are investigating and issuing a ruling of the Federal Court."
He pointed out that "the abolition of the administrative investigation was necessary because it takes a long time may continue for months or years," noting that "a lot of administrative investigations lasted for many years."
A spokesman for the integrity of parliamentary Jaafar al-Moussawi stressed that his committee was held last Wednesday, a joint meeting whatever with the President of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud, the chief prosecutor and the heads of the Appeals Council of the Supreme Judicial and Chairman of the Integrity Commission Judge Alaa Saadi and Vice President and General Manager of the investigations in the form of integrity.
