Kurdistan: 40 points in the paper of the National Conference

Said Second Deputy Chairman of the Board of Representatives, yesterday, that the Preparatory Committee for holding the National Conference are included in the paper its 40 points to be discussed during the upcoming conference, pointing out that the Kurds oppose efforts calling for the postponement of the National Congress until after the Arab Summit to be held in Baghdad late this month. said Arif Tayfur told the Kurdish news agency that "the Preparatory Committee for the National Conference of processed paper consisting of 40 points for the whole outstanding issues and the current political crisis in Iraq."
On some of those points Tayfur explained that "the key point in the paper work that has been approved by all parties, regarding the implementation of the terms of the Erbil and especially the points that do not conflict with the Constitution of Iraq."
"When you are talking about points that are contrary to the Constitution, this does not mean the formation of the Supreme Council for the strategic policy, because there are some parties seeking to keep the subject on what it is that is, Iyad Allawi, head of the Iraqi head of this council."
He pointed out that "the most important with regard to Erd in the paper business lies in the implementation of article 140, and the file of the Peshmerga forces as well as oil and gas law."
In conclusion, Tayfur his speech by saying that "At the moment there are efforts to delay the National Congress until after the Arab Summit to be held in Baghdad, but the delay is not well and in the interest of political parties," noting that "the Kurds are seeking to hold the conference before the Arab Summit to ensure for its success. "
And hopes of the political blocs to discuss controversial issues in the national conference called by President Jalal Talabani as the work of its Preparatory Committee to develop principles and his agenda to be finalized as soon as possible.
