MP Saad warns of withdrawal of the oil companies of the country in case of punishment of Exxon Mobil
Warned a member of the Committee on Energy and Oil parliamentary deputy for the National Alliance Susan Saad withdrawal of foreign oil companies operating in Iraq in the event of punishing Exxon Mobil.
Said Saad stating, on Friday, that there are conditions and restrictions attached to the contract concluded between the Iraqi oil ministry and international oil companies, which is currently working within the first licensing round, second and third, so there is no item is installed within the Convention on the contract gives eligibility for foreign companies to withdraw from work in Iraq without legitimate reason.
Confirmed the importance of adhering to the conditions and legal texts that are installed in the contract which was signed by both parties and both the Federal Ministry of Oil Awacharkat foreign, and that in the case of breach in the contract must resort to the judiciary to impose punitive conditions.
