Said Iraqi government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh, said Friday that the visit of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to Kuwait will be in the middle of March current, and while pointing out that a higher committee will be formed to resolve the outstanding issues, it was considered that the chances of cooperation between the two countries are strong.
