The head of the Islamic Supreme Council of al-Hakim said in a speech before the regulations of the Council in the province of Basra yesterday, the first Friday that "the state of successful means to provide social security for every citizen and the provision of housing for each family according to the text of the Constitution, as well as granting mortgages to all citizens, not limited to staff only. "
