Baghdad {: News} Euphrates MP from the bloc of 'Abdul-Hussein Abtan that time is not right to challenge the terms of the new budget despite the fact that the House of Representatives has many notes on them.
The Cabinet instructed the Minister of Justice to expedite the deployment of the budget law and the preparation of offenses contained in it from a constitutional standpoint or appeal before the Federal Court.
Abtan said in a statement to the Euphrates News Agency {} on Sunday that "the House of Representatives approved the budget of 2012, although there are many notes, but it does not stop until approved by the work of the federal government and local governments."
He noted that "the government is able to send its observations on the 2013 budget during the next three months and include all the doors and paragraphs that you see the task."
The Iraqi Council of Representatives has approved ten days before the country's financial budget for the current year of $ 100 billion, the largest budget in the history of the country.
