Deputy for the rule of law: Maliki unwilling to run for a third term government

MP for the rule of law Ali Fayad, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki does not want his candidacy to head the next government at the expiration of the current session, the second of the owners, respectively.
The hospitality in a statement to the Euphrates News Agency {} on Sunday that "al-Maliki does not want to run for a third term despite a government that the Constitution did not refer to a certain period for prime minister."
However, to say, "but when there is a need for its existence will leave it to members of the House of Representatives of the next session."
Article 72 of the Iraqi constitution that define the mandate of President four years and may be re-elected for a second term only, while Article 77 as required in the Prime Minister shall be the President but the Constitution did not specify the number of states of the Prime Minister.
Fayad said that "Maliki's nomination is linked to the exceptional cases that are related to the nature of success and the possibility of his handling of the country."
