Baghdad (AIN) –The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced delivering the archive of the Kuwaiti official newspaper to the Kuwaiti side.
The Ministry reported in statement to All Iraq News Agency (AIN) on Sunday "The MoFA handed over the Kuwaiti authorities (136) micro films, which have been seized by the former regime in 1990, in the headquarters of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to implement the decisions of the International Security Council and as a part of the efforts in which the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs making to close the file of the Kuwaiti properties."
The statement added "The newspaper included the archives of the official Kuwaiti newspaper (Kuwait Today)."
The statment pointed to "The handing over operation was accomplished by the presence of the Iraqi Ambassador in Kuwait Mohammed Hussein Bahr al-Ulum, representatives of the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Jassem Mubarak al-Mubaraki from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait and administrator of the United Nations Office in Kuwait Adam Abdul Mawla." \ End\
