A spokesman for the coalition of pro-Kurdish blocs good that all the political blocs approval in principle to the general amnesty law, a condition that does not conflict with the Constitution.
He said in a press statement today: "The political blocs expressed its approval in principle to the proposed amnesty law when put to the first reading, especially as he was one of the agreements of Arbil."
He added that good: "We have to get political consensus on the law to be approved by a majority after the completion of the debate in second reading, which will be in session tomorrow, next."
