Arbil, March 5 / March (Rn) - An official source at the Ministry of Electricity Kurdistan Regional Government, said on Monday that government institutions in the province of Arbil, owed $ 50 billion Iraqi dinars wages Energy of the Ministry of Electricity.
Hussein al-Hamad, Director General of Electricity Distribution Arbil, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the government departments and institutions Bzmtha debt owed wages electric energy more than 49 billion dinars, according to statistics and accounts of the Department of Electricity Distribution Arbil to the end of last year."
Hussein added that "the Ministry of Electricity called the Council of Ministers of the Region and the Ministry of Finance approval to allocate the equivalent of that debt Kmbalg money added to the Ministry's budget for the year 2012 the current use in the implementation of projects, especially as the wages of providing electric power to government institutions is allocated by the Ministry of Finance."
