Baghdad {: News} Euphrates France condemned the terrorist attacks that targeted a police station west of Anbar.
The attack by unidentified armed attack on the headquarters of the police and checkpoints in the modern western Anbar province, killing 17 policemen and wounding 13 others wounded.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs Bernard Valero said in a press statement that "France condemns with the utmost severity of attacks bombings that took place this morning in the north west of Baghdad, against the security forces and claimed the lives of several members of the police and they went condolences to the Iraqi people and to the families of the victims, and expresses solidarity with the Iraqi authorities in the fight against terrorism.
He added that "France recalls that it is essential to be able to Iraqi leaders to unite their efforts to respond to the challenge of violence and waiting for the Iraqi people."
He said Valero to France to stand by Iraq and reaffirms full support to Iraqi institutions in their efforts for the benefit of stability and security. Ended
