Deputy: Parliament was unable to reduce interest on loans percent salary without reference to the Ministries of Finance, Planning and Central Bank of Iraq

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates MP for the staff of the Iraqi List, Arshad, that Parliament alone could not decide on the law that reduce the interest on loans, percent of staff salary.
Said Arshad, told {Euphrates News} Tuesday that "The issue of reducing the interest rate of loans percent salary for the staff of government departments can not be decided by the House of Representatives without reference to the Ministries of Finance, Planning and Central Bank of Iraq being Nizomp financial related world countries."
Arshad confirmed the need for "there is agreement with the World Bank and International Monetary Fund for implementation of this theme because it is linked to an international system."
The House of Representatives had discussed the issue of lending to employees based on the application of 52 vice, and the great benefit of deducting the loan 100 salary to employees, and its intersection with the Islamic Sharia as a source of legislation in the Iraqi constitution.
He suggested lawmakers to cancel the large interest of the loans or the cancellation of benefits for employees except for special grades as well as reducing the amount of interest from 8% to 4%. Ended 2.
