Baghdad {: News} Euphrates MP for the staff of the Iraqi List, Arshad, that Parliament alone could not decide on the law that reduce the interest on loans, percent of staff salary.

Arshad confirmed the need for "there is agreement with the World Bank and International Monetary Fund for implementation of this theme because it is linked to an international system."
The House of Representatives had discussed the issue of lending to employees based on the application of 52 vice, and the great benefit of deducting the loan 100 salary to employees, and its intersection with the Islamic Sharia as a source of legislation in the Iraqi constitution.
