"Portal Iraq," Baghdad - raised the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, Tuesday, the 26 parliamentary session of the second legislative term of the second legislative year to next Thursday, in a parliamentary source said they have seen discussion of the proposed amnesty law and the second reading of the seven bills.
The source said, "The first deputy speaker of parliament Qusay al-Suhail raise the Council meeting held today, the day on Thursday (8 March 2012)," noting that "the meeting saw discussion of the proposed amnesty law."
The source, who asked not to be named, "The session also saw the end the second reading of the draft law on ratification of the law of the Convention on cooperation in the field of animal health between Iraq and Jordan, and the law on ratification of the Convention on cooperation in quarantine and plant protection between the Governments of Iraq and Jordan," noting that it "ended the second reading of the bill incorporate the bank Rafidain Bank socialist, Provident Fund Act and the Customs Act, the registration and approval of pesticides."
The source added that "The session has completed the second reading of the draft law regulating the circulation of agricultural materials, and the law of Iraq's accession to the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food Agriculture."
The Iraqi Council of Representatives held on Tuesday (6 March 2012), its the 26 of the second legislative term of the second legislative year under the chairmanship of First Deputy Chairman of Parliament Qusay al-Suhail, and the presence of 220 deputies.
The House of Representatives, raising in (23 February) its the 25 of the legislative year to the second Tuesday (6 March 2012) after the vote on the budget for fiscal year 2012.
